Personalized Biologics
HOW IT WORKS
Mechanisms of Action
PROMOTING
- Immuno-regulation
- Tissue repair by differentiating into different cell types, including bone, muscle, and cartilage
REDUCING
- Inflammation
- Cell death (“apoptosis”)
- Scarring (“fibrosis”)
INCREASING THE RELEASE OF FACTORS THAT PROMOTE
- New blood vessels (“angiogenesis”)
- Cell replication (“mitosis”)
- Wound healing
ENCOURAGING SYNAPTIC CONNECTION FROM DAMAGED NEURONS
MIGRATING TO THE INJURY (HONING)
Replacing Pain with Beauty
- Ultrasound evaluation of musculoskeletal treatment area
- Same day/same patient procedure
- Body contouring with Vaser and Moeller devices
- Cell preparation in our ISO-7 clean room
- Cell therapy for the face
- Ultrasound or Fluoroscopic-guided musculoskeletal injection of orthobiologics into your joints or muscles
- Renuvion skin tightening of areas of lipoaspiration
Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy
Other Treatment Options
Steroid Injections
Steroid injections are a powerful treatment for reducing inflammation and relieving pain in affected joints and soft tissues. They can provide rapid relief for acute symptoms, allowing patients to return to daily activities with greater comfort and less downtime.
Ultrasound-Guided Injections
Ultrasound-guided injections enhance the precision and efficacy of treatments by allowing clinicians to visualize the exact placement of medication within the body.
Radiofrequency Ablation & Medial Branch Blocks
Radiofrequency ablation and medial branch blocks are minimally invasive procedures used to treat chronic pain, especially in the back and neck. They target specific nerves with radiofrequency energy or nerve-blocking substances to reduce pain signals, providing long-lasting relief and improved function without the need for surgery.
Viscosupplementation Injections
Viscosupplementation injections introduce a lubricating fluid into joints to help reduce friction and pain, improving mobility. This is particularly beneficial for patients with osteoarthritis, providing relief and enhancing joint function with a series of injections over time.
Facet Injections & Blocks
Facet injections and blocks involve the administration of steroids or anesthetics directly into the facet joints along the spine, helping to reduce inflammation and pain.
Trigger Point Injections
Trigger-point injections are used to treat areas of muscle that form painful nodules by injecting a local anesthetic or saline into these trigger points, reducing muscle pain and spasms.

Our Team

Jack Zamora, MD
Chief of Bio-Aesthetics
As our leader in bio-aesthetics, Dr. Zamora and his teams offer surgical and non-surgical facial refinement, skin rejuvenation, and body sculpting services. Dr. Zamora specializes in exceptional patient care and providing procedures that achieve natural looking results with as little downtime as possible. His straightforward assessments and extreme attention to detail give patients comfort and confidence.
As the creator of J-Plazty®, Dr. Zamora has received national and international attention for his revolutionary technique. J-Plazty® is a minimally invasive procedure that uses Renuvion plasma energy sub-dermally to instantly tighten and rejuvenate skin anywhere on the face and body without large incisions, downtime, or the complications of traditional surgery. As an authority on skin tightening applications, Dr. Zamora has seen remarkable results with plasma and often combines it with other radiofrequency (RF) modalities for superior rejuvenation. Utilizing his plasma techniques with micro and macroneedling radiofrequency (RF), Dr. Zamora is seeing unparalleled skin shrinkage as well as tightening of extremely delicate tissue allowing for longterm improvement with less downtime.
Being an international trainer for J-Plazty, Apyx Medical, and Bausch Health Companies Inc., and a luminary for AMP Medical, Lutronic Medical, and Syneron ELOS, Dr. Zamora offers his expertise to physicians from around the globe. He is a regular speaker and consultant, has been featured on The Doctors TV Show, and has written on the techniques and parameters of soft tissue coagulation and subcutaneous neck skin plasma tightening.

Sophia Bou-Ghannam, PhD
Chief Scientific Advisor
Her original research focused on engineering MSCs to enhance their pro-regenerative and anti-inflammatory capacities, maximizing their ability to act as bioactive factor delivery depots upon transplantation. Dr. Bou-Ghannam was awarded a Whitaker International Fellowship to conduct translational stem cell research at Tokyo Women’s Medical University in Japan, where she extensively studied exosomes and developed robust methods for their production, isolation, and characterization.
She recently held the role of Cell Line Development Lead at a prominent company specializing in large-scale stem cell production, managing operations at scales up to 6,000 liters for commercial applications. Dr. Bou-Ghannam joins TriCelX to leverage her extensive experience in advanced biologics and their manufacturing to develop evidence-based medicines addressing unmet clinical needs and improving human health and performance.
